The Luxury Audio learning platform has grown significantly in 2023 with at least 15 new courses that support our teams and partners around the world with knowledge about new products, key technologies, and best practices. Whilst you might think we are taking a breather in December, the reality is quite different. Setting you up to hit the ground running in January with fresh knowledge about our latest streaming products, we have the latest new module for HARMAN Premium Audio Apps.

New HARMAN Premium Audio Apps Training

This year we have launched three new streaming products that are supported by a new app. The JBL MP350 Classic Streamer and the JBL L42ms, both part of the JBL Classic family, are supported by the new JBL Premium Audio App. The new ARCAM ST5 streamer, part of the new ARCAM Radia series, is supported by the new ARCAM Radia app.

Both of these apps are a significant step forward in the user experience that we offer our customers of both brands. Following research and development in partnership with HARMAN’s parent company and other stakeholders, these new apps are part of a platform that is designed to be intuitive and easy to use for key use cases. It is designed with growth and evolution in mind, so we can more easily adapt to new streaming features in the future.

Roon Overview Training Module – More Relevant Than Ever

With the recent announcement of HARMAN’s acquisition of Roon, we wanted to remind our learners about the Roon Overview training course available on our HARMAN University site. Roon is a music player platform for music enthusiasts, which features a rich interface for browsing and discovering music, compatibility with almost any audio device, and a playback engine designed to deliver the best possible sound.

We already love the sonic quality of what our Roon Ready devices can achieve and we’re excited Roon can provide your customers with the option to expand to numerous music systems around their home using one convenient app.

Being told about Roon is exciting, but this is a system that is best understood through experience. Therefore, Roon continues to offer a FREE one-year subscription upon passing the quiz at the end of the lesson!
