An Impactful Year of Training

In 2020, Luxury Audio Training created 25 new learning programs covering all of the Luxury Audio brands and every new product introduction for the year. In the last twelve months, hundreds of new learners completed thousands of courses on the site. In addition, many of these courses are posted on partner sites including ProSource, HTSA, Magnolia and one international site. Our last offering of 2020 ended where we began in late 2019 with Mark Levinson, covering the just released No5206 preamplifier and No5302 dual monaural amplifier in a narrated e-learning course.

The training content developed is used in multiple ways: directly on the HARMAN Luxury University site, for Web EX trainings and as content for each sales region to supplement their own training activities. For 2021, we will continue to produce more content in the form of narrated e-Modules, videos, guides and resource materials, all designed to aid in the selling and installing of these great brands.
